My name is Kelea Ravyn
Kelea Ravyn is a Canadian author, athlete, coach, and event organizer based in Alberta.
She is the author of Unbroken Echoes, a memoir exploring trauma, dissociation, healing, and the echoes we carry through life. Alongside writing, she is deeply involved in the ninja community as both an athlete and co founder of Women in Ninja, an all female competition created to support women in the sport.
Her work is rooted in honesty, resilience, and connection. Whether through writing or athletics, she hopes people leave feeling a little less alone.

I never expected my story to become a book!!!
For a long time, I carried my experiences quietly, convinced that silence was safer than being seen. Writing became the place where I could finally begin untangling the echoes of trauma, survival, identity, grief, and healing. What started as scattered thoughts and painful memories slowly became a memoir about surviving what was never meant to be survived, and learning that healing does not always look the way people expect it to.
My writing is deeply personal, emotional, and reflective. I write about trauma, dissociation, resilience, and the complicated journey of learning to exist beyond survival mode. I believe people are far more layered than the world often allows them to be, and that healing can exist alongside struggle, strength alongside vulnerability.
This space was created not only to share my work, but to share pieces of myself, the echoes, the healing, the art, the advocacy, and the reminder that even shattered voices still deserve to be heard.
From shattered silence rises an unbreakable voice.
